Help us celebrate our local "trick or treater's" at our booth at the event by handing out candy on behalf of the Rotary Club of Milwaukie. The event is scheduled for Friday, October 23 & Saturday, October 24, from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Concord Community Center (3811 SE Concord Rd.). Costumes are encouraged. |

SURVEY: Help Map the Invisible Infrastructure of Resilience in Milwaukie

A resilient community is built not only on its physical infrastructure, but also on the relationships, trust, and networks of care that connect people to one another. Through a survey and mapping exercise, the city seeks to better understand the places, people, and relationships that residents rely on for support in both everyday life and times of crisis. By mapping these networks of care and trust, and the nodes of this invisible infrastructure, we can better understand the strengths that already exist in Milwaukie and identify opportunities to build a more connected, equitable, and resilient community. |

She will be presenting to our club about HCAO, a statewide coalition who "educates about Universal Health Care across Oregon, and is working alongside the Oregon Legislature and the Universal Health Plan Governance Board to make Universal Healthcare a reality for Oregonians."
