Tour of the Perry Rexall building (Meeting at Pfriem)

The historic Perry Rexall building (10909-10933 SE Main St) in downtown Milwaukie is undergoing a major revitalization, supported by a 2025 Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant. The project is transforming the building into a new destination for local businesses, with renovations expected to debut new spaces in spring/summer 2026.
