Nature Walk & Photo Safari (Optional)

Calling all nature lovers, let's appreciate the beauty of our PNW home together with a visit to the Powell Butte Natural Area.  With it's oak savannahs, grasslands, seasonal wetlands & forested ecosystems, it really feels like a treat to experience nature's diversity in one place. Plus it's just pretty!  

Whether you're an avid hiker or more of an ambling bear that likes to stop and look at things (like me), we'll split up into groups by pace for a little casual and optional scavenger hunt.  Take pictures of local flora and fauna for a photo safari, then let's meet up for sandwiches, refreshments & to show our photos!
